About our parent company:
Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as COOEC) is a listed company in the Shanghai Stock Exchange Market China, with the stock ticker 600583. COOEC is proud of its sound track record and has accumulated experience providing EPC lump sum solutions in the Asia-Pacific region for onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities.

COOEC Canada Company Ltd. was established in 2014 in Calgary, with the vision of becoming the leading Lump Sum EPC provider for the oil and gas industry in North America. By continuous improvement, COOEC Canada has built up its in-house capabilities for engineering, supply chain management, and project management and has successfully delivered projects within the scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements of local operators.
COOEC Canada is the Business Operating Centre in North America for its Parent Company.

What’s more, with the support of our parent company’s procurement centre in China, we are able to leverage worldwide resources in order to safely bring global projects to execution.
