We select the best vendors
Our supply chain management team adheres to a strict qualification process when selecting vendors and subcontractors. We retain only the best vendors to execute projects successfully, and those vendors are selected based on an evaluation of a proposal followed by a contract execution process. In addition, through the completion of hundreds of projects around the world, we have established long-term relationships with vendors and subcontractors and strategically manage these relationships in order to provide the best and most reliable service.
